Former President Donald Trump has issued a final warning to Hamas, demanding the immediate release of all hostages or face significant consequences. In a statement, Trump declared that if Hamas fails to comply, he will provide Israel with “everything it needs to finish the job” of neutralizing the threat.
Trump previously called on Hamas to release the hostages by February 15, warning that failure to do so would lead to severe repercussions. That deadline has now passed, and he is now emphasizing that this is the “last warning.”
The ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict began after Hamas launched a deadly attack on October 7, killing over 1,200 Israelis and taking more than 250 hostages. Israel responded with a large-scale military operation, which, according to Gaza’s health ministry, has resulted in at least 40,000 Palestinian casualties.
